Positively ELLYN  Strapped  Smocked Tiered  Cocktail Party Prom Black Dress with a Hot Pink Sheer Tu Tu under skirt Vintage from 1980s - material is 100% acetate, it has a satin /taffeta look with pure deep black and semi-shiny finish Zip back, straps are NOT adjustable. Dry clean only - Made in USA Size:  7/8 - please check the below measurements before purchase. Please note that most vintage clothing are smaller in size in comper to our recent size chart. For example, the 7/8 could be about size 5/6 This dress is fitted : tight on the top with rushing / smocked with 2 vertical metal wires inside/ Approx.
