Gently used bra for post mastectomy/breast reduction or augmentation. This wireless bra is very soft and has lots of adjustability in the band and straps. Hook and eye front closure. For size reference, I used this bra following a breast reduction surgery where I went from a 32DDD to a 34C and this bra was a good fit and the adjustability accommodated for varying degrees of post surgical swelling. ***note: There is good support in the band and straps but no support in the cup itself. For this reason, I wore this bra several weeks after surgery when transitioning from high support sports bra back to regular bras (after the high support was no longer needed). The soft fabric did not irritate my healing incisions.
