catnlove trying to send a message to you. my poster arrived damaged!! The container had been soaking wet and was slightly bent! When I try to get the poster out of the container it would not budge so I had to peel it like an onion. On one end of the paper when I tried to gently pull it it took a chunk out of the edge. USPS let this set out in the rain!! The poster is damaged from top to bottom and wrinkled! I sent a message to Posh

catnlove this poster was beautiful and I am so disappointed! the container was still wet and the tape was so sticky that it peeled in a circular manner to try and get the poster out of there but when it came out and I saw all the wrinkles that were now permanent it killed me

cabinfolk @catnlove oh my! that is awful! Please do not "accept" then. Put in a case and tell them including pictures of it wet outside. I agree with you. I am so sorry. I packaged it well so I know it was not on my end; if they let it get wet they should make it right. How disappointing 🙁

catnlove @cabinfolk hi there :-) I am so disappointed and I have sent pictures to Posh to prove what I'm saying but I just am so disappointed! This poster was obviously big and beautiful! please bear with me and I hoped it Posh will do the right thing and take care of both of us

catnlove I have sinned for five messages to Poshmark support and they sent a message back saying that they are very busy and will get back to me. I am sorry to have caused you any problem . I I'm waiting for them to respond and do the right thing and take care of both of us

cabinfolk @catnlove no problem. Thank you for sending the report to them. I'm sure they will respond soon one way or another. Hoping it's to our satisfaction. So sorry delivery let it get wet. I was sure you would love it.

catnlove @cabinfolk I wish that this had not have happened because I think it was one of the most interesting and beautiful posters I have seen! if you go back to Spain I hope that you will get some more and maybe the second time will turn out better

catnlove good morning... I wanted to let you know that Poshmark send a message to me telling me that they were going to send a return label because the item was not as described!! The item was exactly as described except damaged because of the Postal Service ! I do not know if they have not read all my messages or what the problem is but I will send another one now. what you sent me was exactly as described but the water damage and trying to remove it from the messed up mailing cylinder

catnlove @cabinfolk I just sent another message to them telling them that USPS left this out in the rain somewhere and then continued with delivery. I told them that it was not your fault. I told them that USPS was the problem. I think you should contact them also and let them know that you packaged it to the best of your ability and that USPS was negligent
