Potato pearl necklace and earring set

I bought this year’s ago at a craft show. It is such a beautiful necklace with potato pearls and a faceted gemstone drop. It is a toggle clasp that clasps in the front. The earrings say sterling silver, but I cannot verify that, although the chain has stayed in very nice condition for the whole time I’ve owned it. The necklace measures 18 inches. The gemstone hangs about 1 inch. The earrings are about 1.5 inches long.
