Pour La Victoire sky high heel Kesha Bootie in black. Lug sole, leather upper, silver tone hardware including zippers on each side for easy on/off. Gently pre-owned with lots of tread left on the sole (almost no wear).  Decorative buckles on the outside and 4.75 inch heel. There is peeling on the inside of the boots, but not the outside.
