Poutfits handmade mini skirt

This was purchased in my hometown at a local boutique made by a local woman. She uses clothing from goodwill and repurposes it to make fashionable clothes! This one was made with a Lacoste polo! 😍 super comfy cotton and fun to wear. Fits a M 6-8 IMO. One hole in the waistband as shown but was purchased like that.
