Powder blue square neckline dress

French cuff sleeves and a beautiful square neckline. The pictures cut off about 2in of the dress as it is a small length. It's brand new and never worn yet, but original packaging has been thrown out. I just held it up to me in front of a mirror and realized the size is too big in the bust. It's a size XL and it's very roomy for any women cup size C or up So I'd be shipping this as is because it arrived very wrinkly a quick iron of that will make it look amazing. These are just the model pics. But the gown is very pretty and I wish it worked!
