These orthotics/insoles are like new - only worn a couple of times (I actually needed a different one with more support). These are for mild to moderate pronation. Gives you relief from: plantar fasciitis, foot, arch & heel pain, and sore, aching feet. These are great in your running shoes if you need some extra support/cushion.
