Practically new smocked top size small!

It’s giving Reformation or Rouge vibes. Never worn. I found it too blousy in the chest on me. I’m quite small in the chest. This top is so cute though and will dress up any outfit. It’s a pullover style with faux fabric covered buttons down the front. The arms have some elastic that were a little tight on my upper arms because I’ve gained some weight. See pics for measurements. Only washed once in Unscented soap. It’s practically brand new! Smoke free, pet free home.
