NWOT! Black Prada Cocktrail Dress with Ruffle Cap Sleeves Beautifully made dress with a little bit of cinching by the neckline and again, by the waist - a very flattering style! This dress has ruffly cap sleeves that then into what looks like a butterfly wing at the back (as pictured). I want to add that there is some stretch in the fabric of the dress which makes this dress comfortable and easy to move around in!
