I bought these used on eBay, and had never even tried on a pair of Prada shoes. I've always been a size 8, regardless of brand. These shoes, however, were tight on me. I only wore them once. If I ever buy Prada shoes again, they'll be size 38.5. If you've never put on a pair of Prada shoes and you're a size 8, I would caution you. These shoes may be better for someone who normally wears a 7.5 -- if they're a bit big, you can always use some heel pads or the ball-of-foot cushions that go into the toe box. But if they're too small, you'll be reselling them like me. If you know the brand and know these will fit you, YAY!
