Prada Cream Dress with Silver Buttons & Stunning Open Back - Size 10

This dress has only been worn once to an engagement party. It is a wool blend and is a bit weighty, but absolutely stunning. The open back turns the perfect lady-like silhouette into a moment! I'd never seen anything like it when I bought it from Saks 5th Avenue 15 years ago, and haven't seen anything as unique since! Unfortunately, I'm no longer an 8/10 (sigh). I don't remember which size it is and the tag doesn't say, but I think it leans more towards a Prada 10, which has always fit me more like an 8. Any questions, let me know. Small dust mark on top collar area (see photo) from where a little dust got inside the garment bag in storage, but very minimal.
