coco8603 @carog1989 I'd say true to size. I'm a 7.5 and they fit but were a bit too snug so I'm assuming they'd be perfect on sz7. might work on sz 6.5 with a liner or sock, but not sure.

coco8603 @bits0pieces I tried to gently remove them and they didn't come out easily so I'd say no. Not sure if they would come out using a different technique and if I just wasn't doing it correctly.
