This is an excellent lightweight men's jacket/blazer in size 46 IT/EUR (36 US). It is a two button, notch lapel with front patch pockets, interior pockets, and single back vent. Mostly unstructured. It was originally purchased at Neiman Marcus and worn very few times. Jacket is multi-color check with black, blue, and grey. This is especially perfect for spring and summer!
