Auth Prada patent finished textured leather Saffiano pointed toe Pumps in nude. Previously loved, but definitely still have lots of life left in them! Plz zoom in on pics to show flaws: wrinkles in leather at toe and sole is peeling at toe-right shoe; actual heels have a small scuff on each one-right is worse than left. Minor scuffs shown in pics-you must look close to see & I'm pointing to the bigger ones in pics. Padded leather insole, heel approx 3 1/3", super cute gold Prada logo at bottom.

mrskubs Hi! Totally understand the small nicks in the shoes, however the Prada label on the underside of the shoe is completely broken.

ktrose612 @mrskubs omg are you serious?! That wasn't broken when I packed them! I even put padding in the box to try to avoid this! I'm so sorry! Was the box all beat up looking? I can't believe that came off- they've been worn quite a few times and it's never come off!

mrskubs @ktrose612 yes, i found it loose in the box. I have the one shoe now and the broken off piece in a ziploc bag so it doesn't get lost.

ktrose612 @mrskubs I don't control any of that. PM has to review and approve everything. I've never had anyone need to return anything so I'm not sure of the process.

ktrose612 @mrskubs I got the shoes back. Thanks for putting the broken piece in a bag. The box was so beat up so I'm assuming that's how the piece broke off. Sorry again for the inconvenience-- If you see anything else in my closet you'd like, I can give you 20% off... Also, did you let Poshmark know that the broken piece of the logo was in the box?? I am working with them to see if we can hold USPS accountable for breaking my beautiful shoes😖

mrskubs Hey! So glad you got the shoes back. Yes, I was very clear with them that I placed the shoe and the broken off piece in the ziploc bag as I didn't want it to get lost loose in the box. Thank you for the offer and I will let you know. I really hope you can go after USPS and get the cost of the shoes covered.
