Suede is in great condition, minor wear only. No major scuffs or stains, little to no wear on the inside. On the back of the heel, the crepe rubber is showing some abrasion, dirt and has sticky patches. It’s only the thin outer crepe layer, no structural damage and it’s nothing a good cobbler can’t fix. Also a patchy crepe spot on the toe of the right boot. The tread and rest of the soles are a different rubber material and are intact with no issues aside from minor wear. These boots are sturdy with some weight, and should last decades
