Would you say these are more of a size 2 than 4? It's confusing because it says they're a size 2, and that they run small, but then it says size 2-4?!?! So, just wondering which it is? Also, what's the length and inseam, please? Thank you in advance! 🙂🙃

@vampirella_1 Hi! I would say they lean more towards a size 2 because they don't stretch and run small in the hip area. Sorry for the confusion, it is listed as a 2-4 because an IT 40 is a US 4. The Inseam is 33"
