Prairie Wear Hugger Prima Post Surgical Bra Size Medium. This was the best post-surgical bra I used, recommended by my surgeon. I have it in a small and a medium. I wore the medium for about a week and then switched to the small for another week or so but it is in perfect shape. I did not buy an extender but you could buy it for this bra if you wanted/needed it.
