Precious Vintage blouse NWT black floral semi-sheer w/ ruffle details

Beautiful garment and will last a lifetime apparently. I found this in my grandmothers closet still with the tags on it . Has a tie belt around the waist and tie at neck line. Looks great tied it left untied. Ruffle details at the neck and at the hem of the sleeves. Sz on the tag says 12 but that was a long time ago fits more like a 6/8 or small-medium semi-sheer very nice blouse pics don’t do it justice.
