Prelude off the shoulder dressy blouse

Black and silver dressy blouse that can be worn with the neckline up or down on the shoulders. Sleeves are ruched and have a stretch band to keep them up. Bottom also has stretch band to create a faux ‘tucked’ look along with decorative bow/sash. Size medium. New, never worn.
