Premier Amour floral off-shoulder dress. Black top with off-shoulder design is very stretchy and “giving.” The bottom of the dress is a pleated, flowy, sheer pink floral pattern. The tie belt that comes with it is the same pink floral design. Black fabric underneath the floral. Maxi style. Size 16. Worn once for a wedding.
