Premier Amour maxi dress

Premier Amour pale blue/teal maxi dress. The dress has a halter neckline that ties with a ribbon in the back. The bottom half of the dress is pleated. There are some small pleats on the front by the neckline. This dress is perfect for for a dressy night out, or a wedding. The dress is a size 16. The dress is in excellent used condition (EUC). Only worn once for a few hours.
