Premiere jeans size 0/1

These are a really nice pair of jeans With a lot of gems in which none are missing There is a discolored part where I had them folded that I noticed that I showed in the picture I don't know if it's because of the way they were folded or How that happened to know if it'll come out when they're washed or not The only other flaw with these is when I put them on one day One of the belt loops came unstitched which is an easy fix if you know how to sew but I don't These are straight legged pants Which is why I can't wear them because sadly I have muscular calves I realized I can't wear straight leg pants because they're too tight for me on the calves But I showed a picture of the 2 flaws with the belt loop and The Part where I had them folded other than that all gems are in tact and in great condition! I also have a hard time determining whether these are juniors or women's im going to assume juniors Since I don't think women's sizing has size 1?
