larachassin @pklioness1 there is no scratch on the crystal. There is an indentation on the band where it clasps from use, but no other indentations.

larachassin @mussioa hi! Changing the battery did not resolve the problem, so I have to take the watch to Cartier to have it serviced. I am going to drop it off tomorrow and will be in touch.
