bellabonnie7 Does this vest have pockets? Also, may I see the lining of this and I see some white spots on the front and back? What is that?

enakunin @bellabonnie7 the vest has pockets. I will take another picture and zoom in on pockets. There are no white spots- that is forte from the camera. The vest is in perfect condition. I will add pictures of the lining too.
