Prescott New York Lacy Boho Tie Front Top

This black top has a pink and white print and plenty of lacy details. Chest has a tie and front has pleats all the way down with black lace on either side. Black lace insets at the shoulders are sheer. Sleeves are 26" long and have elastic at the cuffs. Hem is approximately 29" and pit to pit is 27". There is a hole on the right side where the material tag is that needs to be sewn up.
