Prestige of Boston Hostess Skirt Blue Floral Side Zip Belted Waist Vintage 1980s

Prestige of Boston hostess skirt with its original belt. It has a side zipper closure. There are two belt loops. No tag was found to indicate its size or fabric content. Waist, one side flat: 14 1/2” length 39" Condition: Fabric feels like a cotton muslin. Fabric is showing some light yellowing along left side and at waistband. There are also a couple small light discolorations on the skirt, as shown in photos.
