Prestige of Boston Vintage Skirt with Belt Loops, Tan, Size 4-6 This skirt claims to be a size 12 on the label, but it does not feel like a size 12. I am normally a size 4-6 and it fit fit slightly tight but doable around my belly button. for reference my waist around my bellybutton is about 31 inches around. This skirt is an amazing condition and would be perfect for the fall season. It is closed with a zipper and a button in the back. There is not a label to see what material it is, but it feels wool like. There is a lining for the back part see photo.
