Pretty 1.State White Bell Sleeve Blouse Sz M NWT

The perfect lightweight summer blouse is this one by 1.State. It is a pullover style and very slightly sheer but probably not sheer enough to where you would have to wear a tank underneath in my opinion. It would be perfect tossed over your one or two piece swimsuit with some denim shorts! I absolutely adore bell sleeves and these are flowy and fun and have a circle open detail design down and around the elbow area of the arms.
