Pretty Artistic Floral Dress w/ belt

Beautiful black dress with paint-like floral designs and mesh on the hem. The dress has two layers and is very soft and silky inside. The belt clips together and is stretchy. Zipper on the back goes just below the waistline. Worn a few times but is still in like new condition.
