Banana Republic maxi dress, high neck with tie. Fully lined. Elastic at waist for easy fit. A-line skirt. White with pink, coral, orange print. Excellent condition, worn once. Size Small Tall. (I'm 5'6" and this goes to the top of my foot) Length from waist to bottom hem is approx 40in, top from shoulder to waist is approx 14.5in.
