Pretty Boutique Orange and White Floral Dress

This sweet sleeveless dress has the prettiest patterned orange and white florals on a navy blue background! So flattering with overlapping lines at the bust and an elastic waist. Purchased at a boutique brand new, it’s seen little wear. There is one tiny snag that I found on the right side (see pic) but you need to search to even notice it.
