This is so cute and pretty for any little girl. There are three layers of fabric with the top one silver sequined. There is a pink bow for accent. The size tags says for any child 3 years and up. Lay flat measurements are included so you can determine if this skirt will fit your child. The lay flat measurements are waist 8.5" and length 11". The elastic on the waist is in excellent condition. This Tutu is preowned and has no rips or stains. It is very cute.
