Pretty Cropped spring jacket

Very pretty cropped jacket with 3/4” runched sleeve detail. White with turquoise and black detail. Jacket is open front and fully lined. Would be perfect over a dress, or paired with slacks or a skirt. Never worn, but tags are missing.
