Pretty Dark Brown Polka Dot Blouse

Very pretty and flowing blouse with a tie off to the side of the neckline. You can tie it in a bow or just tie it in a knot. The dots are dark brown on a light tan background. The long sleeves are finished at the cuff with some gathers and a button but has never been worn and is in excellent condition.
