Pretty Emerald Green Dress by BCX!

Super cute emerald green dress by the brand BCX Dress. This XS dress has spaghetti straps and is pleated at the chest. The waist is elastic (good amount of stretch) and also has a detachable tie that forms a really pretty bow. The waist is about 12” across when laying flat, but it can stretch to about 17”.
