Pretty Faux Pearl rhinestone & topaz ring 925 Silver

Pretty ring. 925 silver band Faux pearl pave rhinestone and topaz stone flower on each side. I believe this is a size 6. I bought it for my granddaughter several years ago and it’s now too big for her finger. I bought this at JC Penny jewelry counter. I don’t remember any details about brand, size or anything.
