Pretty Floral Dress

Never worn before. New floral dress with tie/lace up spaghetti straps, that can be tied in a bow or tucked in for tube dress look. Ruffle hem and elastic throughout that stretches with body—curve hugging! There are some loose strings hanging off straps and some fraying—see photos.
