Pretty Floral Peplum Blouse, Banded Waist, boat neck, puff sleeves

I love love love blouses with these ruched, fitted waists. They're comfy, flexible, and highlight the BOSOMRY. I just don't prefer the square cut for me, and I have a few similar looks! Orange, pink and cream floral pattern is VIBRANT. Main fabric does not have stretch, but is gathered at the bosom and has some flexibility as a result. The ruched waist is quite flexible - see photos for measurements. The body of the garment is opaque, but the loose, billowy arms are transluscent. This is a really pretty spring/summer top with a slim fit sleek black jean, or a wide leg blue jean, or a cute little color pop short. Excellent condition, worn out maybe once. No damage of any kind.
