Pretty Garbage Skirt and Top

Pretty Garbage swirl pattern in pink and brown skirt and top. Made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Both are lined and size small. Top measurements are: shoulder to shoulder - 13.5”, armpit to armpit- 17”, neckline to bottom - 16”. Skirt measurements: waist - 22 3/4” across and waistband has elastic and measures 14” to the hem. New with tags.
