Does this fit true to size? What size would you say it fits 6,8,10 etc? Is it short or would you recommend for tall people?

I added some pictures from my sister’s wedding. I was about 135 and I just lost weight. I’d say it will fit a little loose on a 6 but perfect for a 8/10. It’s beautiful!
