Pretty J Crew dress

The pattern reminds me of birds on a wire, but one would be hanging upside down so I guess it’s leaves. It’s very pretty dark blue with the red pattern. The buttons at the wrist could probably be replaced, but it’s not noticeable as you can see in the photos. She has a 16” waist and sleeve; 23” skirt; a 13” side zipper and pockets.
