Pretty Little Thing - Petite Black Plisse Floaty Halter Neck Top

Pretty Little Thing Top Only fitted, never worn after. Originally bought it for last summer but was not very appealing on me (as I have narrow shoulders) so never worn it since. I recommend for someone with larger bust because I have itty bitties and this top wasn’t helping me out in that dept. For Petites! I’m 4’ 10’’ and it fitted perfectly!
