@aubclark18 hi! I’m normally a M (6) US, it fit me perfectly but it was a little bit more loose around the chest area since I’m unfortunately flat chested. I would say it would fit a both 4/6, due to there being stretch in the dress! Also I’m a bit on the taller side so it would fall perfect for a 4/6!
