Pretty Little Thing ruched white dress

Super sexy and fun Pretty Little Thing white ruched dress. I purchased this dress on here and absolutely loved it! Sadly, it is way too big! I wear a Size 6-8, and after researching many reviews saying this brand ran quite small, I ordered it 2 sizes bigger, and was so disappointed when it was way too big! It actually seems very true to size. The tag is a Size 12.
