Pretty Maids light blue maxi dress

I purchased this new and wore it once for a wedding. Size 4. Had the skirt shortened, and at 5’4 with 2.5 inch heels, it was almost on the short side. Includes an add-on adjustable strap. The color is called waterdance. Dry cleaned.
