Pretty navy blue sleeveless dress. The fully lined dress is made from a slightly crinkled light weight woven fabric. A v-neckline boasts a cute “flouncy ruffle that meets in the center where a cute bow can be tied. At the hemline is another cute ruffle. At the waistline there are darts in the bodice front and back lending a nice fitted look and a left side zipper allows for easy on and off. 100% cotton. Machine wash warm, tumble dry low.
