Pretty Punk varsity stripe a-line black skirt medium

This is a fun piece! Fully-lined a-line cotton skirt with a varsity stripe waist band & decorative crystal brooch. The brooch could be cut off if desired. Purchased at Nordstrom BP. in the mid-2000’s, minimally worn. The size is medium, but is about a size 6.
