Pretty Vintage 90s Two Piece Floral Flounced Sleeveless Top and Skirt Set ~ This pretty set has a semi sheer black chiffon layer with a colorful floral print, and solid black colored lining. The top is sleeveless, has a bateau neckline with a lovely draped overlay in back, a slightly flounced hem, and is a closure free pullover style. The skirt is also closure free, has a lightly elasticized waist, and has a slightly flounced hem. The set was made by Evan-Picone and the fabric is viscose rayon. The elastic feels like it may not have as much elasticity as it may have once had. It does still stretch, but feels easy to pull. No other flaws to note. Priced respectively considering.
