Pretty "Worthington" Dress

This pretty blue-green dress is trimmed with black leather like material around neck and black nylon material at the top, in front, on each side of dress.There is a worn spot on the material at the neckline where it looks like a brooch may have been worn (See last photo). Otherwise, this dress is in very good condition.
